We have several kittens for adoption. Everyone has a different view on what a kitten is. Kittens can be anywhere from 8 weeks to 12 months. We do not adopt kittens out younger than 8 weeks old since they need to be weaned from their mother and are also due for their first distemper shots.

William (blk kitten) rescued from a backyard in yonkers. Lucky was rescued from a low income housing project and was the only surviving kitten from his litter, the others were killed by raccoons (we think) We would like to see these two get adopted together if possible. Lucky is approx 16 weeks old and William is about 12 weeks old. Both are very sweet, although Lucky sometimes hisses at adoption day, he is a sweet kitten at home!

Jeremy was rescued for a diner. His two shy siblings were adopted together and are doing very good in their new home. Jeremy loves running around with the other cats, and will jump up on the sofa for some loving. He will occassionaly give a little "love bite" in an affectionate sort of way! He is just about six months old, looks big in this picture only because we did a "close up" on him. (Ace, another rescue kitten from Yonkers in background)
Peaches is a beautiful calico miss and a real sweetheart. She likes to be pet and purrs all the time. Her two brothers are below and are also looking for a home. It would be nice if she could be adopted out with Creme to try and convince him us humans are ok, but we would consider separating them to the right home.

This is Creme just waking up from a nap! He is on the shy side, curious but very independant. We would love to see him get adopted with one of his siblings in hopes of getting him to come out of his shell. Would do best in a quiet home, with no young children or dogs.
Spooky is a long haired all black fella with a great motor! He purrs very loud! He is very affectionate and related to Peaches and Creme (approx 11 months old).

These two gals are approx 7 months old and were rescued from a local supermarket parking lot. They are a little on they shy side, so they would do best in a home without small children.

These kittens are approx 8 weeks old. They were rescued from a local diner. 2-Girls (Tortie's - blk/orange) 3 boys- 2 blacks and a white tabby.

One of five kittens rescued from a low income housing complex. He is very sweet and has an adorable black spot on his nose.

Sister and brother to the one above. (Girl) with feather toy in her mouth. What a struggle to get that away from her! Little boy is also a sweetheart.

This is the only odd ball in the group. He's a long haired tabby, beautiful markings. As you can see, he is still on the shy side. He is getting better, but needs someone who has the time to work with him. He's not aggressive, just nervous. So a home with young children, would not be a good thing for him. If someone would like to foster him, that would be a good thing as well. There is also one other sister (white tabby) that we've spayed and is a little hissy that could use some socializing as well. They are approx 12-14 weeks old.
